Depending on the size and slope of a building lot, combined with personal preference considerations our standard plans are “customizable” in the following ways:

• Reversibility – Any plan may be built as shown in the plan library, or in a mirror-image/reversed version.

• Garages – Instead of garage doors in the front of the home, most plans can be modified to relocate the garage door to the side, while typically adding 2 windows to the front garage wall. Detached garages (some of which also offer finished space for guests or offices) are shown in the Low Country Series.

• Sunrooms/Four Season Rooms – Two designs with cathedral ceilings (12’ x 12’ and 12’ x 16’) are available and can be added to most plans. Suggested locations are illustrated in floorplans of some of the renderings shown in our plan library.

• Added Footage – Many of our plans may be customized by adding to the width (not the depth) of the plan in 2’ or 4’ increments. In doing so, the kitchen, baths, windows and doors remain unchanged.

• Color Selections/Interior and Exterior – An array of choices are available for roofing, siding, windows and doors, plus interior cabinetry, trim, floor coverings, etc.
